UFV Theatre will be presenting Alissa Watson’s stage adaptation of The Paper Bag Princess based on the popular and beloved children’s book, The Paper Bag Princess © 1980 Bob Munsch Enterprises Ltd (text) and Michael Martchenko (art), published by Annick Press.

The Paper Bag Princess is a fun and silly adventure about a Princess that saves a Prince from the smartest and fiercest dragon in the whole world! This Theatre for Young Audiences play presents the lessons of being true and confident in your self, and introduces feminism by challenging gender roles and expectations.

The Paper Bag Princess will go on tour to the Chilliwack Cultural Centre’s Rotary Theatre for its second week of performances on December 5th and 6th.
