In this 3 hour class, Tracy Irwin will teach you step-by-step how to decorate 6 sugar cookies with different techniques using royal icing. She is a Food Network Champion cake artist, so you will be learning from the best! Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, this class is perfect for anyone looking to add a touch of creativity to their baking.

Tracy will teach you all about royal icing and how to work with it using different consistencies and techniques. You will learn the basketweave technique, different wet-on-wet patterns, piping 3D florals and a bow. This class with focus on royal icing florals. You’ll also use an airbrush to enhance your cookies!
