Tuesday Salsa Nights is built for complete beginners who want to dive into Latin dance — no experience and no partner needed. We start with merengue, the simplest step in Latin dance: one beat per foot, no counting, so your feet go on autopilot within minutes and you can focus on the fun stuff — turns, connection, and lead-and-follow. Halfway through, we blend into salsa, building on everything you just learned.

It’s a relaxed, social night. I rotate everyone through partners every few minutes, so by the end you’ve danced with just about the whole room — which makes it one of the easiest ways in Chilliwack to get to know people and meet someone new. Come on your own or bring a partner; both are completely normal.
