Stories of Resiliency

Wednesday 9-10 am

The Stories of Resiliency Podcast is a project hosted by the Diversity Education team at Archway Community Services. The podcast is an endeavour to put the stories of newcomers, immigrants and refugees into the community of the Fraser Valley to foster understanding and showcase the diverse and resilient people who live here. Our hosts, Sumaiyyah Adam and Darien Johnsen sit down with immigrant women to hear about their migration struggles, successes and resiliency. Join us as we speak with 8 women over 6 powerful interviews. This podcast is edited and produced by Robyn Garland and generously supported by Archway Community Services, CIVL Radio, and Resilience BC.

Recorded in Abbotsford BC on the ancestral, traditional and unceded territories of the Matsqui and the Sumas people, of the Stó:lō nation. We are grateful to be able to live, work, play, and benefit from these lands.
