In this episode of In Common, we explore the theme of empathy through the lens of Buddhism with our guest, Gen Kelsang Sanden. Together with hosts Dr. Allyson Jule and Katherine Murray, Gen Sanden shares insights on how Buddhist teachings and practices encourage compassion, kindness, and deeper understanding of ourselves and others. This conversation is inspired by The War for Kindness by Jamil Zaki.
