The In Common podcast, hosted by Dr. Allyson Jule and Katherine Murray through the University of the Fraser Valley’s Peace and Reconciliation Centre (PARC), invites listeners into honest, thoughtful conversations at the intersections of faith, culture, and shared human experience. Each episode explores a universal theme through the lens of a different faith tradition, with guests offering personal stories, teachings, and practices that inspire reflection and connection. The series concludes with a special afterthoughts episode in which the hosts reflect on what they have learned along the way.

This podcast is a collaborative project with CIVL Radio, whose expertise in recording, editing, and launching the episodes made this series possible. In Common was recorded in the CIVL Radio studio at the University of the Fraser Valley’s Abbotsford campus, located on the unceded ancestral territory of the Semá:th and Máthxwi First Nations, part of the broader Stó:lō Nation.
